All orders placed before 3.00pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.00pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $10, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $13.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

MotoSafe Sport: the ideal earplugs for riding on the highway, the racetrack, or while riding with an open-face helmet. The MotoSafe earplugs reduce harmful noise without making you feel cut off from your surroundings. Surrounding traffic, the navigation system, the intercom, and the motorcycle itself remain clearly audible thanks to the innovative AlpineAcousticFilters™. This special race version of the MotoSafe earplugs offers high attenuation of 20 dB (SNR) and keeps your hearing safe during your ride.

Earplugs against wind noise
Experience the ride of your life and prevent hearing loss with the MotoSafe Sport earplugs, our first choice for highways and circuits. Wind noise under your helmet can cause annoying tinnitus and leave you feeling exhausted after a long ride. The MotoSafe Race earplugs are specially designed to reduce harmful noise and prevent fatigue, ensuring a better travel experience.
Soft and comfortable
The MotoSafe Sport earplugs are made of soft, silicone-free material that adapts to the shape of your ear, ensuring an optimal fit without causing sweat, itching, or irritation, and thanks to the unique soft filters, they are also comfortable under a helmet, allowing you to ride all day without any discomfort.
High damping of 20dB
The Alpine MotoSafe Sport earplugs offer a high sound reduction with a damping of 20 dB, making them ideal for highways and circuits and when you want to ride with an open helmet. With this level of protection, wind noise is blocked, allowing you to focus on the road and enjoy a quiet ride.
Reusable
The MotoSafe Sport earplugs can be worn more than 100 times. They are easy to clean with warm water and soap or the Alpine Clean spray, making them last longer and effectively continue to protect.

SNR 20

An SNR of 20 means that the hearing protection is estimated to reduce noise levels by an average of 20 decibels across various frequencies.

'SNR' in hearing protection stands for 'Single Number Rating,' which is a single value used to indicate the average level of noise reduction a hearing protection device provides across different frequencies, essentially telling you how much sound attenuation the earplugs or earmuffs will offer when worn correctly; the higher the SNR value, the greater the noise reduction level is considered to be.

SNR is primarily used as a rating system in Europe, while North America often uses 'NRR' (Noise Reduction Rating) and Australia/New Zealand use 'SLC80'; which both differ slightly in calculation.

Product Care

  • We recommend to clean your Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or using the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray.
  • After washing, dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. The earplugs are immediately ready for use after drying.
  • Alpine earplugs can be worn over 100 times with regular cleaning.

Instructions

Pull your ear up slightly. Place the earplugs in your ear canal and press in until they are comfortable and secure. Once the earplugs are properly placed, you can put on your helmet. At the end of the earplug is a mini-grip, which you can use to easily pull the earplug out of your ear.

    Alpine Motosafe RACE Ear Plugs

    I commute daily, about an hour each way to/from work mon-fri and always use earplugs in my helmet. These are super comfy, easy to fit and give great noise reduction. They're my new favourite plugs.

    Work great

    Muffled the sound a LOT! Will be great for the highway when my bike is actually loud (only tried in town so far). I could still hear my music but it wasn’t very loud, which does suck, but my headset is a pretty quiet one, and hearing damage sucks more. I have notoriously narrow ear canals and they felt fine but I do worry theyre going to be uncomfy after an hour or so.
