All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Mack's Ear Seals multi-purpose reusable earplugs are made of extra-soft, pre-molded silicone rubber flanges and a stiffer central core for extraordinary sealing against water and sound. The stiff core makes insertion easy for adults and kids alike.

Ear Seals are sized to fit kids through average sized adults. Durable and washable, Ear Seals are built for long lasting performance. The NRR 27 makes Ear Seals ideal for many workplace and shop applications as well as use in the pool or shower. A truly great all-around reusable earplug. Removable neck strap and carry case included.

'NRR' in hearing protection stands for 'Noise Reduction Rating,' which is a single value used to indicate the average level of noise reduction a hearing protection device provides across different frequencies, essentially telling you how much sound attenuation the earplugs or earmuffs will offer when worn correctly; the higher the NRR value, the greater the noise reduction level is considered to be.

NRR is primarily used as a rating system in North America, while Europe often uses 'SNR' (Single Number Rating) and Australia/New Zealand use 'SLC80'; which both differ slightly in calculation.

    Waterproofing

    Great for excluding sound but occasional minor leak in the pool as I caught the cord with my hand. Easily fixed by tucking away the cord properly though.

    Good solid Noise reduction

    These plugs have a harder stem than others and so are much easier to insert and remove. They quickly became my favourite plugs for swimming and motor biking, fitting well in a helmet.

    Good solid noise reduction but the string is easily broken and the plugs easily lost.

    If it had a stronger string attachment or cheaper I’d have given it 5 stars.

    That aside, the noise protection is great and these double up as great swim plugs as well.

    A bit disappointing

    i hate to give a bit of a thumbs down as I have always found Earjobs very good. Product delivered quickly and efficiently as per normal. Unfortunately the product was a bit disappointing The actual plug was good but the safety strings to remove them from one's ear quickly snapped and broke. Perhaps I was just unlucky? The ear plugs are quite small so really need a strong string so don't get stuck in the ear. I have been trying to order those silicon 'Leave Me Alone " type plugs which are perfect for me but unfortunately are still out of stock. Sorry guys! Jeff
