WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Mack's Slim Fit Smaller Soft Foam Ear Plug Details

Mack's Slim Fit Soft Foam Ear Plugs are just like Mack's Original SafeSound foam earplugs, except these come in a slightly smaller size (and a soothing purple color). These ear plugs are molded from state-of-the-art ultra soft foam, with a smooth non-irritating skin that is easy on your ears. When getting a comfortable ear plug is your top priority, Mack's Slim Fit Foam Ear Plugs are highly recommended for anyone with smaller than average ear canals.

They may be smaller, but these plugs are still perfect for blocking snoring and other irritating noises. Their high NRR 29 noise blocking makes them ideal for sleeping, studying, workplaces up to 107 dB, and even motorcycling and travel.

An NRR of 29 means that the hearing protection is estimated to reduce noise levels by an average of 29 decibels across various frequencies.

'NRR' in hearing protection stands for 'Noise Reduction Rating,' which is a single value used to indicate the average level of noise reduction a hearing protection device provides across different frequencies, essentially telling you how much sound attenuation the earplugs or earmuffs will offer when worn correctly; the higher the NRR value, the greater the noise reduction level is considered to be.

NRR is primarily used as a rating system in North America, while Europe often uses 'SNR' (Single Number Rating) and Australia/New Zealand use 'SLC80'; which both differ slightly in calculation.

    Great Earbuds

    I'm a very light sleeper so I was on the hunt for a trustworthy pair of earbuds to block out noise but not my very important alarm. The Macks Slim Fit ear plugs fit like a charm and muffled most sounds allowing for a good night sleep, I did find very mild discomfort after waking up and having them in for hours however have gotten used to them and no more discomfort. The carry case keeps my ear plugs clean and safe when I travel!

    Finally found earplugs that fit!

    I’ve tried many earplugs over the years and could never find one that sits in my small ears comfortably and block sufficient noise. These earplugs are amazing. Comfortable, fits perfectly and they block my husbands snoring almost completely! I’ve had the best sleep since getting these :)
