All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

An SNR of 28 means that the hearing protection is estimated to reduce noise levels by an average of 28 decibels across various frequencies.

'SNR' in hearing protection stands for 'Single Number Rating,' which is a single value used to indicate the average level of noise reduction a hearing protection device provides across different frequencies, essentially telling you how much sound attenuation the earplugs or earmuffs will offer when worn correctly; the higher the SNR value, the greater the noise reduction level is considered to be.

SNR is primarily used as a rating system in Europe, while North America often uses 'NRR' (Noise Reduction Rating) and Australia/New Zealand use 'SLC80'; which both differ slightly in calculation.

Cleaning

Instructions

Battery Installation

  • Slide up to increase volume, down to decrease.

AUX Input

  • Connect an external device via the AUX port using a compatible cable.
  • Play audio through the earmuffs like standard headphones.

Fit Adjustment

    I use these in every jam session now. Drums and bass were too loud.

    My only problem with the TRACKR is that there are no instructions of how to use the jack, or what it is for. (I am old, so need help for some of these things).

    Great and recommend

    I'd still rather my "Howard Leight Impact Sport" but they are great electronic earmuffs. They fit pretty well but as others have said, tight to begin with but not uncomfortable. They look good and the voice pickup is great. Small thing is the wires at the top kinda flop about a bit, maybe a very slight catch point. Would buy again if Howard's weren't available.
