HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $8.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $11.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Product Care

  • We recommend to clean your Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or using the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray.
  • After washing, dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. The earplugs are immediately ready for use after drying.
  • Alpine earplugs can be worn over 100 times with regular cleaning.

Instructions

To ensure that the SleepDeep earplugs have the best fit, it is recommended to first pull your ear up slightly before inserting them. Then carefully place them in your ear canal and gently push them in until they are firmly in place. Make sure they sit evenly in your ears and do not stick out.

    Well worth it

    I've had mine since Jan '25 and been using them every night, i bought a second pair after 3 months as i was approaching the 100 uses but when i compared the old ones to my new ones, they worked just as well. So I have continued to use my ones from Jan and the new ones are now spares.

    As for the actual noise canceling, it's not like class 5 earmuffs, but it blocks out all the background stuff like PC fans , fridges, noisy pipes (i guess it depends how noisy though), cars on the road, planes etc.

    Hands down THE MOST COMFORTABLE earplugs i have ever experienced, so much so that I've gone to work with them still in from the night and I've only realized they're still in once someone tries to talk to me.

    In the picture are what condition my earplugs are in today, used every day and honestly i clean them maybe once a fortnight. They yellow over time and the tags (to pull them out) start to get small tears in them and I imagine will eventually break. So if that concerns you then just get new ones before they get too bad.
