All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $8.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $11.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

SleepDeep earplugs have an average attenuation (SNR) of 27 dB. Disturbing sounds will be muffled thanks to these earplugs, which makes falling asleep easier and prevents waking up easily. The innovative earplugs are made with specially designed thermoplastic material: AlpineThermoShape. Thanks to this material, the earplugs shape with your earcanal, fit perfectly and remain in place all night long. The AlpineThermoShape is hypoallergenic, does not contain silicons and therefore does not cause allergic reactions or annoying itches. Product Care

  • We recommend to clean your Alpine earplugs with lukewarm water and soap or using the disinfecting Alpine Clean cleaning spray.
  • After washing, dry the earplugs with a dishcloth or tissue. The earplugs are immediately ready for use after drying.
  • Alpine earplugs can be worn over 100 times with regular cleaning.

Instructions

To ensure that the SleepDeep earplugs have the best fit, it is recommended to first pull your ear up slightly before inserting them. Then carefully place them in your ear canal and gently push them in until they are firmly in place. Make sure they sit evenly in your ears and do not stick out.

    Really Proved their worth after a recent stay in hospital!

    I had previously reviewed these but wanted to add an additional one after a recent stay in a fairly noisy hospital. I live alone so was not able to review them based on the sound of other people in the home or snoring, but when I spent 5 days and nights in hospital recently, these were so invaluable. Whether it was staff talking loudly in the middle of the night or noise from roommates, these were able to suppress sounds sufficiently to allow me to easily sleep but also hear when staff would come to give me meds etc.

    Life Changing!

    These earplugs are a game changer! My wife and I were getting tired of taking turns leaving the marital bed most nights so were keen to find a solution. Came across these little gems and have now had three weeks of amazing sleep. They are extremely comfortable, easy to put in and remove, do not hurt and do not fall out during the night. Even better they work flawlessly side sleeping without any interference. My wife now bounces out of bed every morning which she has not done for many years. She did not realise just how poor her quality of sleep was.
