All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Plugfones Protector™ Industrial Earplug-Earbud Hybrids provide protection from hazardous noise, with the ability to listen to music. The Plugfones Protector™ Series of earphones is designed for workers in high-noise industrial environments. Now workers no longer have to choose between the hearing protection they need and the music they want. With the earplug tips blocking out ambient noise, the tuned speakers can deliver high quality sound that is clear, rich, and satisfying.

Protector™ is built to last. The 54" TuffCord™ cable is tear-resistant, and the audio jack is double-reinforced, so these earphones can stand up to hours of use, day after day. These are also sweat-resistant, so workers never need to fret over their earphones in hot working conditions. Protector™ earphones are light, weighing in at just 10 grams (0.35 oz), preventing wearer fatigue even after a long day.

Protector™ Plus features an in-line microphone and smartphone controls for calling. Plugfones' Quickdraw™ Easy Access Controls allow the user to quickly answer calls, stop or play music, flip thrugh songs, control the volume, and more without ever taking the earphones out.
