WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders placed before 3.30pm AET on a weekday will ship same-day. If you order on the weekend or after 3.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Australia Post Parcel Post shipping is $7.5, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Australia Post Express Post shipping is available for $10.5.

For made-to-order and large industrial orders sent via courier, shipping is free.

For some products large letter postage is available for $3.5.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

99% of orders are shipped from our warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. 

A small selection of industrial products are sent straight from our supplier in Melbourne, Victoria by courier. We'll let you know at checkout if your order is being shipped from Melbourne.

DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?

Yes! We ship globally with multiple express and standard services available through DHL Express and Australia Post. Delivery estimates vary by country and are specified at checkout.

Returns

You must contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will refuse any package returned to us that does not have a properly issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package.

An RMA number may be obtained by emailing support@earjobs.com.au. Our customer service staff is available to help you Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm AET.

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 30 days of the date the product is shipped to you, you may return any item other than the following:

* any item designated as a "trial pack"
* opened packages of ear plugs
* opened packages of earphones
* items sold as "B" Stock (including open box, customer returns, or discontinued items.)

A refund of the full purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be issued within 30 days, provided that the item is in like new, sellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be inspected by quality control before a refund is approved. Any items not meeting the requirements for a refund will be discarded or returned to the customer at customer's expense.

For defective products, we will honour the manufacturer's warranty period. See the internal documentation of your product for warranty information.

Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Although we generally post return credits much more quickly than that, please allow up to 14 days.

Earasers Peace and Quiet ear plugs are designed to help you block out unwanted noise to get better sleep. There are two big differences between Peace and Quiet and other ear plugs for sleeping:

  • First, Peace and Quiet ear plugs are reusable, unlike the popular foam ear plugs which should generally be replaced with a new pair each night. This presents nice savings in the long term, and the Earasers plug material is flexible and comfortable (never ticklish or itchy).
  • Secondly, Peace and Quiet ear plugs only block out mild to moderate noises, particularly in the high registers. This makes these ear plugs perfect to block out gentle snoring, the hum of the AC, or other light night time noises. That means that with Peace and Quiet ear plugs in, you'll still be able to hear voices calling, kids crying, or your alarm clock going off in the morning. These ear plugs just take the edge off, rather than blocking out the whole world.

The shape of these Earasers Peace and Quiet Earplugs is quite clever. These ear plugs have a very low profile, practically disappearing inside the ear. (Pull tabs on each plug allow for safe and simple removal.) This makes Peace & Quiet ear plugs comfortable even for side-sleepers, and helps prevent the plugs from falling out when you roll around at night. The shape of these ear plugs is also smart: they are oval, not round, just like your ear canals. 'NRR' in hearing protection stands for 'Noise Reduction Rating,' which is a single value used to indicate the average level of noise reduction a hearing protection device provides across different frequencies, essentially telling you how much sound attenuation the earplugs or earmuffs will offer when worn correctly; the higher the NRR value, the greater the noise reduction level is considered to be.

NRR is primarily used as a rating system in North America, while Europe often uses 'SNR' (Single Number Rating) and Australia/New Zealand use 'SLC80'; which both differ slightly in calculation.
