If you order before 2.30pm AEST on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 2.30pm AEST on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Parcel post shipping is $7, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Express shipping is available for $10, or free above $180* (for most items). For orders we sent via courier, shipping is free. For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Postage rates vary based on product and location, and are specified at checkout.

I found the Radian plugs to be a great product. Easy to follow instructions, and once the plugs set, the fit has been great. I wear them in a noisy environment indoors, and have muffs over the top. Very happy with this product.

So far they're great. Mixing and moulding was easy. The fit is excellent. Noise reduction excellent. I use them for sleeping and they don't fall out. I can't speak for longevity as I've only just got them, but they are at least as good as the previous custom fit set I had made up by and audiologist - but are a fraction of the price.
