If you order before 2.30pm AEST on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 2.30pm AEST on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.

Parcel post shipping is $7, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Express shipping is available for $10, or free above $180* (for most items). For orders we sent via courier, shipping is free. For some products large letter postage is available for $3.

I found them really effective and helpful. As I'm doing night shift, sleeping when other people are awake is paramount for me. After 8-9 months left earbud stopped working but after few email between me and Earjobs problem was solved- they were faulty and Earjobs promptly sent me another pair under warranty, no issues at all. I'll certainly come back to this people for future shopping!

These are really, really good but there are a few things that you need to be aware of.
First up you need to get used to them, if you haven’t worn ear plugs before. The first night I had to take them out after 3 hours and it took me a week before I could leave them in 6 hrs straight. They don’t ‘hurt’ as such, it’s more of a ‘discomfort’ whilst you get used to that pressure from the foam in your ear.
They don’t drown out EVERYTHING and unfortunately my husband’s snoring is one of those, as it’s so loud I can still hear it with the buds. However, it is reduced a lot, so much so that when I’m actually asleep it doesn’t wake me up anymore.
On the good side it cancels ALL background noise! I first tried the buds with my 26 year old top load washing machine in the next room. I put the buds in, could hear the machine running and then it stopped. I thought, “what a shame the cycle is moving on to rinse”, so I went to turn the dial back. Imagine my surprise when it was still going!
The other thing it works well with is birds in the early morning and nighttime rumbling trains and traffic.
Do I recommend them, yes!
When you have them in, it’s super peaceful, even during the day and I can’t wait to try them on public transport next. I also love the fact that they are not connected to my phone all night (surely that can’t be good for you) and that they don’t play music, as I already have buds and a headset for that.
