For me - very easy to “set up” and use. As I’m a poor sleeper, I’ve found them to be far more effective than what I’ve been using in the past. Very happy with purchase.

I have used Flare earplugs for sleeping for the past few years. I have used three types and they have all been great. I bought these as my husband gets up early and we have a squeaky bed. He also snores. I am a light sleeper and they cancel out enough both of those sounds that I get the sleep I want. I have tried so many other types and found these to be far better.
