WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
*Please note due to the impact of COVID19, Australia Post are no longer guaranteeing next day delivery for Express Post orders. We're also finding that orders by regular post are taking longer than the below guidelines, with tracking being updated less frequently.
Australia Post's delivery guidelines (business days):
PARCEL POST
Delivery within the same state
* Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or an adjacent city or town in the same state 2-3 days
* Between a metropolitan area of capital city and a country location 3-4 days
* Between country locations 3-4 days
Between States
* Between Sydney/Brisbane, Sydney/Melbourne, Melbourne/Canberra or Melbourne/Adelaide 3-4 days
* Between Sydney/Adelaide, Melbourne/Brisbane, Melbourne/Tasmania or Adelaide/Canberra 4-5 days
* Between other capital cities 5-6 days
EXPRESS POST
* 1+ days. Next-day delivery not guaranteed (see COVID update above)
COURIER SHIPPING
For our select range of products which will be sent with via courier, delivery typically takes between 2-4 working days.
Postage to international locations generally takes 10+ days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If you order before 2.30pm on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 2.30pm on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is $7, or free for orders valuing $55 or more. Express shipping is available for $10, or free above $180* (for most items). For orders we sent via courier, shipping is free. International postage rates vary between products and locations.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Most orders will be sent via Parcel Post, Express Post or occasionally, standard untracked shipping with Australia Post. A smalll amount of our products will be sent with free shipping via courier. Please be aware our courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
