Plugfones® Certified Noise Reduction Ratings
The most important thing to remember about Plugfones is that they’re earplugs first and earbuds second. As such, the entire Plugfones line is tested and compliant with ANSI S3.19-1974 noise reduction standards and meets NIOSH criteria. When used as directed, our products are certified for Noise Reduction Ratings (NRR) of up to 29 dB, depending on the plugs used. For environments with high levels of noise, it may be necessary to use over ear protection such as earmuffs in conjunction with Plugfones products.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
If you order before 2.30pm AEST on a weekday your order will ship same-day with few exceptions. If you order on the weekend or after 2.30pm AEST on a Friday your order will ship the following Monday.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Parcel post shipping is $7, or free for orders valuing $80 or more. Express shipping is available for $10, or free above $180* (for most items). For orders we sent via courier, shipping is free. For some products large letter postage is available for $3.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Postage rates vary based on product and location, and are specified at checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Most orders will be sent via Parcel Post, Express Post or, if applicable, Large Letter shipping with Australia Post. A small number of our products will be sent via courier for free; this will be specified at checkout. Please be aware our courier is unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders will be sent via Standard Post, Express Post or Standard Post with Signature on Delivery.

95% of products are shipped from Sydney, NSW. A small selection of our products are sent from Melbourne by courier. The shipping options at checkout will reflect this.
